This is a Sprout Salad
Any kind of sprouts (pretty sure this one was alfalfa (Mix from whole foods) or something but i like to do mixes with all kinds of sprouts)
I mixed in my left over Greek food from zoe’s
It had chickpeas and other seeds in it
The dressing was a Spirulina Apple cider vinegar dressing that comes with the mix from whole foods (very delish, though I am concerned about the purity of the spirulina used)
Almost A Raw Vegan....
