Brown Sugar glazed Carrots (My Clean Eating Adapted Version)

- 8-9 Organic Carrots sliced thinly (for faster cooking)
- 1 Huge spoonful coconut oil (don’t put too much, you can always add more as it melts down)
- 2/3 cup Coconut Sugar
